Standard Kleen
$165 weekly/$195 bi-weekly
Includes vacuum, dusting, dusting of windowsills, ledges, louvered doors, blinds, picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, microwave, mopping, making beds and baseboards.
Deep Kleen
$85.00 per hour
Includes handwashing the woodwork (windowsills, ledges, and baseboards), remove cobwebs, wash and dry wood floors, vacuum carpets, wash floors, vacuum furniture (including under seat cushions), spot cleaning walls and empty trash.
Extras
Refrigerator and Oven $60.00. Light Kleen
Heavy Kleen to be determined.
Laundry $15.00 per load. Light.
Wash bedding and making beds $35.00 per bed.
Make ready/move out cleaning $65.00 per hr. If heavy Kleen refer to Deep Kleen pricing.
